ANNA ISD DESIGN/BUILD – Anna, TX

Hellas began working with Anna in 2009, with an installation of a V300 epiQ Track at Anna Senior High School. They came back to Hellas when they built their stadium and we installed their turf and track system. In 2016, Hellas installed it’s customizable synthetic Kickabout® fields at two of their elementary schools and then later helped the district to upgrade their baseball and softball fields, adding necessities and amenities to make it a full sports complex that included tennis. Hellas was their first choice. They chose the Hellas Design/Build option to get the most for their money. Hellas was their one point of contact for planning and design, manufacturing and materials, and scheduling and installation.

` Anna ISD has used Hellas for many projects over the years totaling over $7.6M:

• 2009: New epiQ TRACKS® V300 - $297K
• 2015: New Matrix® Turf with Helix Technology, Cushdrain® pad, Realfill infill, V300 epiQ Tracks® track system $1.4M
• 2016: Kickabout® play surfaces at two of their elementary schools $94K
• 2016: Athletic Complex, 8 tennis courts, baseball, and softball turf fields, bleachers, light systems, restrooms, concessions, dugouts, fencing, sidewalks, and entry gates - $5.8M

Design/Build with Hellas saved the district thousands of dollars in architect and engineer fees, instead putting that money toward more amenities in their complex. The construction schedules ran smoother, delivery was faster, and the end result was a first-class sports destination the students, district, and community can be proud of.
